sdm845-common: Re-patch lib-imsvideocodec

This lib was previously patched to dlopen a "not so proper" shim,
so let's fix it.

New command used during extraction:

  `patchelf --add-needed "libgui_shim.so" "system_ext/lib64/lib-imsvideocodec.so"`
