sm6150-common: Patch some blobs to depend on libtinyxml2-v34.so

libtinyxml2 10.1.0 update which landed in BP4A contains ABI incompatible changes which cause runtime crashes. Change-Id: Icc67da5f754b0bb30dce6192b1e520fdf1349ac5
