tanzanite: Switch to stock keymint interface

* Based on XagaForge/android_device_xiaomi_mt6895-common@1670141, but instead of disabling dependencies, replace with the stock keymint V3 interface. Signed-off-by: Nathan <nathannxx@proton.me>
